These terms of sale govern the sale of products offered on the lyoracreation.fr website by Lyora Création (SAS), to any non-trading individual (the “Customer”). Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms, which the Customer acknowledges having read before confirming their order.
Lyora Création offers Judaica creations and gift items, personalizable or not. Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, in particular due to screen settings or the variations inherent to each personalized piece.
Products are offered subject to available stock. Some pieces are made to order; the stated lead time takes this into account.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As Lyora Création benefits from the VAT exemption scheme, the following applies: “VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.” Prices do not include shipping costs, which are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
Any personalization surcharge is shown on the product page, before it is added to the cart. Lyora Création reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
The Customer selects the products, provides the necessary information (including, where applicable, the personalization text), then confirms the order after accepting these terms of sale. The order is final only once payment has been confirmed.
Creating an account is not required to place an order. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer. Lyora Création reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason (prior dispute, abnormal order, etc.).
Payment is made online, securely, by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or in three interest-free installments via Klarna. No banking data is stored by Lyora Création: payments are processed by certified providers Stripe / Klarna.
The order is confirmed once payment is accepted by the relevant bank or payment provider.
Some products can be personalized (first name, last name, in French or in Hebrew), using techniques specific to each material (vinyl on acrylic, heat transfer on fabrics). The lettering finish (gold or silver) is chosen by Lyora Création for the harmony of the piece.
Deliveries are made within France. The Customer chooses their delivery method when ordering: Colissimo home delivery, Mondial Relay pickup point, or courier in the Île-de-France region. Pickup by appointment in Créteil is also available.
The indicative preparation and delivery time is 2 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed; standard delivery (Colissimo and Mondial Relay) is free from €250 of purchases. The Île-de-France express courier service remains chargeable regardless of the order amount. A tracking number is provided once the order ships. If a parcel is lost or damaged, Lyora Création handles the claim with the carrier and then arranges a replacement or refund.
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, the Customer informs Lyora Création of their decision by email at contact@lyoracreation.fr before the deadline expires.
Products (non-personalized) must be returned in their original condition, to the following address: Lyora Création — 37 avenue de Verdun, 94000 Créteil, France. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to Lyora Création, in which case they are covered by Lyora Création.
The refund is issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method used for the order.
Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If a product is non-conforming or defective, the Customer may contact us at contact@lyoracreation.fr.
Lyora Création cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, fault on the part of the Customer (in particular a data-entry error during personalization), or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party. Products comply with applicable French legislation.
Personal data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact Lyora Création to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the Customer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge: [mediator to be appointed and completed].
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts will have jurisdiction under ordinary rules.
