Free delivery from €250 applies to Colissimo. Chronopost 18 and the Île-de-France courier (24/72 h, €30) are express services and are not covered by this offer. Rates are indicative and may change.
We also deliver within the European Union, with no customs duties. You choose the delivery country when you order. Flat rate by order amount: €20 up to €150, €26 from €150 to €300, €35 above — delivered in 3 to 8 business days.

Write to us: we reply within 48 business hours. If a parcel is lost or damaged, we handle the claim directly with the carrier, then we resend or refund your order.
